The mountains of Belluno appear in their immense wealth: an unequalled, pristine wilderness, within everyone’s reach.
In the summer, they can be travelled on foot, by mountain bike, on horseback, along hundreds of trails winding through the forests or climbing up the rocks, crossing streams, passing by lakes and crystal-clear water falls.
These mountains are well known all over the world: from the Belluno Pre-Alps to Cansiglio, towering above Alpago; and then Cristallo, Sorapis, Tofane, overlooking Cortina; Marmolada, Tre Cime di Lavaredo, standing out above the Misurina lake; the Marmarole, so dear to Tiziano, Pelmo, Antelao, Civetta, watershed between the Agordo area and Zoldo valley; white Peralba, marking the border between the Sappada bowl, where there are the sources of the Piave, and Austria.
